About the role:
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Stays Product team, focusing on improving our Stays products. The ideal candidate has experience managing consumer-facing products and thrives in a collaborative environment where discovery and delivery go hand in hand.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to identify opportunities, test ideas, and deliver solutions that enhance the end-to-end booking journey. You will report to the Senior Product Manager for Stays and play a key role in delivering the team’s product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product discovery by analyzing customer behavior, data, and market trends to identify product opportunities.
- Product delivery - drive agile ceremonies with the engineering, design, data and product teams to deliver products and features
- Design, execute and share results of experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, balancing short-term impact with long-term vision.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Partner closely with operations and customer support teams to identify pain points, gather customer feedback, resolve customer escalations and ensure product solutions improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Use data to inform product decisions, monitor performance, and iterate based on insights.
Profile requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management for a consumer-facing digital product.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to identifying root causes and defining clear solutions.
- Strong execution skills and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that complex initiatives are delivered with quality, precision, and consistency.
- Experience in user research or design thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong data literacy, with experience using analytics (SQL, Python or Amplitude) to inform decision-making.
