🚀 About The Role
As a Senior Learning Partner, you will design and lead learning strategies that strengthen Turknet’s culture, leadership capabilities, and digital transformation.
This role combines strategic learning partnership with hands on digital innovation empowering our people to develop the skills of today and tomorrow, and making learning a true business advantage.
👩 👨 Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Education & Educational Technologies, or related fields.
- Minimum 7–8 years of Learning & Development experience, with at least 3 years in digital learning or learning technologies.
- Proven experience in learning needs analysis, program design, and facilitation.
- Strong background in leadership and culture development initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Audition, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Rise, OBS, etc.).
- Experience managing LMS platforms (preferably Enocta) and conducting online training via MS Teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and agile project management capabilities.
- Curious, growth-minded, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
📱What You’ll Do
- Identify and analyze organizational and individual learning needs; design effective and scalable learning solutions.
- Develop and implement leadership and culture development programs aligned with Turknet’s values and People & Culture priorities.
- Design and facilitate onboarding, culture, and soft-skill training programs.
- Build and execute a learning technology strategy that drives engagement and business impact.
- Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (especially Enocta LMS), ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Collaborate with internal experts, instructional designers, and creative teams to produce engaging digital learning content (videos, podcasts, microlearning modules, etc.).
- Integrate emerging technologies such as AI, VR, and AR into the learning ecosystem through innovative pilot projects.
- Track, measure, and analyze learning outcomes and ROI to inform future strategies.
- Establish strong partnerships across all teams to create continuous feedback loops and ensure learning initiatives align with business OKRs.
