What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with leaders to craft learning solutions that align with our business and HR goals.
- Design engaging learning content, from eLearning and videos to interactive workshops.
- Lead impactful workshops and training sessions, both virtually and in-person.
- Manage our Learning Management System and ensure seamless learner access and content deployment.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and communicate insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Innovate and inspire by delivering creative learning experiences that embody our core values of Hospitality, Authenticity, Quality, Fun, and Courage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in learning & development.
- Proficiency with tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise and experience with Axonify LMS.
- A collaborative spirit and analytical mindset.
- Comfort leading diverse learning sessions and a passion for empowering others.
