What you’ll bring
✨ Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training within health or social care settings
✨ Confidence in leading and evolving an L&D function to align with organisational goals and regulatory standards
✨ A strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in training delivery and leadership development
✨ A collaborative approach that inspires engagement and builds trust across teams
✨ Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) - knowledge of Your Hippo is a real advantage
✨ A genuine passion for nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning
✨ Flexibility and mobility - a driver with access to a vehicle for travel across our registered locations
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and delivery of our organisational learning strategy
- Oversee the L&D team and ensure compliance with sector standards
- Drive innovation in training design and delivery, including digital learning solutions
- Collaborate with operational leaders to embed learning into everyday practice
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training to ensure measurable outcomes
