- Proven track record of driving employee performance and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to engage, coach, and support stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- High level of adaptability with proven success in fast-moving, dynamic business environments.
- Proficient in leveraging HRIS and analytics platforms (e.g., Lattice) to track performance and engagement, and to design L&D initiatives and PIPs that support employee growth and capability building.
📋 Your Responsibilities:
Performance Management & Development
- Lead and enhance performance management frameworks.
- Partner with managers to set goals, coach teams, and conduct effective reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and translate insights into learning and development actions.
- Design and deliver targeted programs to build capability and support succession.
- Measure impact and continuously refine initiatives using data and feedback.
Stakeholder Support
- Advise leaders on performance, productivity, and learning strategies.
- Equip managers with skills for coaching, feedback, and performance conversations.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Report outcomes and ROI of learning and performance initiatives.
Strategies & Processes
- Implement HR and L&D initiatives that drive growth, change, and cultural alignment.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs aligned with performance and business objectives.
- Blend learning modalities: instructor-led sessions, e-learning, simulations, and on-the-job learning, to ensure effective skill transfer.
- Coach managers to reinforce learning on the job and embed development into daily practices.
- Use HR and performance data to identify trends, skill gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous learning.
- Resolve employee relations matters with fairness and focus on positive outcomes.
- Drive engagement and well-being initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.
