About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Success & Training Manager to manage a portfolio of school accounts. This role focuses on renewals, onboarding, training, and customer engagement. You will work closely with teachers and administrators to ensure successful implementation of Qubits and Ellipsis programs, deliver professional development, and create training modules.
This is a remote position with 5–10% travel for conferences, customer visits, and team meetups.
Responsibilities
- Lead renewals for assigned school accounts and ensure high retention.
- Manage account growth, upsells, and expansions.
- Onboard new schools and provide implementation support.
- Deliver live training sessions for educators and administrators.
- Create training modules, documentation, and professional development resources.
- Track and maintain account data in CRM systems.
- Meet with school leaders and district administrators for regular check-ins.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or edtech sales.
- Experience delivering training or professional development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
- Experience with CRM software and Google Workspace.
- Passionate about education and improving access to computer science.
- Teaching or K–12 education experience preferred.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000
- Incentive Compensation: $10,000–$15,000
- On-Track Earnings: $70,000–$75,000
Incentives are tied to renewals, training impact, and account growth.
