Job Description
As a Real Training Coach, you will serve as a strategic partner for a team of new Real Training students on their path toward graduation. Your mission will be to lead group coaching sessions based on Real Training’s online content platform focusing on mindset, skillset, and habits. Your goal is to guide the team toward mastery and confident application of these principles in real-world scenarios. This role goes beyond coaching—it’s an opportunity to profoundly impact lives, helping individuals build professional futures aligned with their true potential and passions. Ultimately, it’s about coaching students to ensure they not only graduate from Real Training but also are prepared to thrive in the company they are placed in at Brad Lea Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate customized group coaching sessions twice daily for Real Training students, hiring agents, setters, and virtual assistants, ensuring they achieve mastery-level understanding of the Real Training VT content and confidently apply their knowledge in common real-world situations.
- Collaborate with the Real Training team to refine and enhance coaching methodologies, ensuring they remain effective and impactful.

- Proven experience in leadership, management, or talent development roles, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by today’s professionals.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people on a personal and empathetic level.
