Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning and Development Manager, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with some work from home flexibility. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs. The role involves managing learning management systems, creating instructional materials, and leading leadership development initiatives. The Learning and Development Manager will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
This role will be required to spend time in our shops.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development, Learning Management, and Training
- Experience in Instructional Design and creating effective training materials
- Skills in Leadership Development and fostering leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
- travel may be required
- Proficiency in Adobe and MS365
