As a Principal People Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into people programs that drive growth, culture, and performance. You'll play a key role in shaping organizational effectiveness, ensuring our people strategy is tightly aligned with Foley's business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives, ensuring organizational design, workforce planning, and talent priorities support growth.
- Translate business strategy into scalable people programs that strengthen culture, drive engagement, and enhance performance.
- Advise leaders across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent development, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
- Champion AI-driven solutions to modernize people processes, enhance data visibility, and support better decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and uphold Foley's standards for fairness, transparency, and inclusion.
- Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to deliver cohesive and effective employee experiences.
- Design, develop, and deliver strategic learning and development programs that build leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and align with organizational goals
Who you are:
- 8+ years of progressive people experience, including at least 3+ years as a People Business Partner or HRBP supporting senior leaders.
- Fluent in AI and use of Data and Technology to improve employee programs, the employee lifecycle and business outcomes.
- Skilled communicator and trusted advisor with experience in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and hands-on execution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity and alignment across functions.
Location:
This role may be based in our Boston office, following a hybrid model with 2 in-office days per week Occasional visits to our other offices may be required for collaboration, training, or company events.
