We are changing the way Higher Education operates, but in order to succeed in that mission we need to set up our customers for success, too. That’s where a User Ed Associate comes into play: This associate will help create the tools our customers need in order to not only adopt our products — but to become power users and product champions who can’t imagine doing their jobs without Coursedog.
Our User Education Associate has many responsibilities from testing product functionality and designing and building content, to improving the learner experience and enabling other teams to do the same. You will work closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to improve the overall user experience.
We are looking for a team member who is as comfortable leveraging AI and other digital tools to build training materials as they are adept at creating video tutorials, hosting webinars, reviewing/updating articles and applying critical thinking to ensure accurate, thorough, and engaging content. We are looking for someone who understands that the educational materials we share with customers make a statement that goes beyond basic product knowledge – someone who is driven to build best-in-class tools that engender customer confidence.

Coursedog provides higher ed with modern technology solutions – empowering institutions, students, and communities across the globe.
Coursedog's founding story is rooted in the desire to help students achieve their highest goals. In 2018, Coursedog's co-founders and then college students, Justin Wenig and Nick Diao, were frustrated by how difficult it was to get into the classes they needed to graduate on time. After speaking with higher education provosts and registrars to better understand how academic scheduling works, they came away with a vision that permeates the company today.
Coursedog has raised $113M total capital as a remote-first, hyper-growth startup currently backed by JMI Equity, and with past investments from YC and First Round Capital. We were recently ranked in Forbes top 500 US startup employers and our employee engagement scores rank in the top 5% of tech companies.
