We are working with our client in identifying Training Coordinator to support an expanded workload and growing number of Learning Business Partners. You will play a key role in coordinating learning programs, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of complex learning initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can communicate effectively with various business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, registration, communication, and resource planning.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and operationalize learning experiences.
- Manage complex learning journeys that span 6–12 months, involving multiple internal and external contributors.
- Maintain detailed tracking of communications, scheduling, and learner engagement.
- Support administrative and operational aspects of the learning process to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in training coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with a track record of collaboration and execution excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (sorting data, reformatting columns, and organizing information).
- General understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their functionality.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Agile and proactive—able to juggle multiple business needs across various partners.
- Professional, polished communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter who can manage their time effectively within a flexible schedule.
Start Date: Early November
Duration: 8+ months with possible extension
Hours: 20-24 hours per week
Location: 100% virtual
The pay range for this is $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
