We are seeking a proactive and self-driven
Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to join our People & Culture team to lead the design, development, and execution of learning initiatives that support employee growth, engagement, and performance. This role will play a key part in shaping our culture, strengthening team dynamics, and building a cohesive, high-performing organization across both corporate and on-site teams.
You will have autonomy and opportunity to build impactful programs from the ground up, while partnering with the People & Culture team and leadership to align learning strategies with business goals.

What You Will Do
- Design, build, execute and manage professional development programs and initiatives at all levels, covering candidate and employee assessments, onboarding, leadership development training, compliance and soft skills and training
- Drive culture and engagement - collaborating with leadership to reinforce company values through training, team-building initiatives, cultural engagements and company-wide events.
- Oversee and manage employee survey including analysis and leadership response
- Implement leadership development initiatives through coaching, mentorship programs, and structured leadership training. Enhance and coordinate professional development courses and trainings
- Promote learning opportunities and initiatives through compelling internal communications that help establish a strong L&D brand within the company.
- Administer our Learning Management System; partner with business to create required training courses including online courses on Bridge
- Create and administer growth plans that help all employees grow and develop at the right pace for themselves and the needs of their team
- Structure and implement training programs for onboarding, new leaders, and cross training within departments and across sites
Keep current on Talent Development trends, best practices and program development that will help increase awareness and create the most inclusive environment for all humans. Maintain company org chart software, including timely and accurate processing of all changes; build planning org charts for leadership
What You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development and/or Leadership Development
- Track record of success designing and implementing learning and development programs
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills
- Comfort in a continually evolving, fast-paced and ambiguous environment requiring flexibility, innovation, and positive attitude.
- Experience with talent software such as Lattice, Pingboard/WorkLeap, CultureAmp, and Bridge (or similar applications) is a plus
- Experience in multifamily or commercial real estate learning and development is a huge plus
What We Offer

Base Salary: $115,000 – $140,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
