We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms, and supporting our operations and instructional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Accurately enter, review, and maintain data within company systems and databases.
Ensure consistency and quality control across records and reports.
Process and manage onboarding documentation and related files for new staff and instructors.
Support internal departments with data reporting and administrative tasks.
Monitor data workflows to ensure timely completion and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Uphold confidentiality standards in handling sensitive and proprietary information.
Provide general administrative support to company initiatives and projects.
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in typing and computer literacy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Trello) preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
