About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Global Learning & Development Manager who will ideate, design, manage, and scale global impactful learning programs that align with business priorities. This person will be a key driver in shaping our learning culture, delivering innovative programs, and ensuring a world-class learner experience.
The role involves managing a portfolio of projects and requires strong expertise in program design, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, execution, and scaling of global learning initiatives.
- Manage learning program logistics, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with people and business leaders to ensure learning programs meet organizational priorities as well as business and talent strategy.
- Identify, understand, and map business-critical skills, and design innovative and impactful learning journeys that directly address those skills.
- Leverage learning technologies and tools to enhance accessibility and engagement.
- Drive adoption and optimization of internal talent marketplace platforms.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven strong track record in Learning & Development with a full life-cycle experience, from design to end delivery on a wide scale.
- Proven ability to translate business strategy and capability needs into practical, impactful learning programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a global or matrixed organization.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to align learning with business needs.
- Tech-savviness with strong knowledge of learning technologies, digital platforms, and emerging L&D trends.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience with talent marketplacesor similar platforms is a plus.
