Learning & Development Manager

James Webber Recruitment is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a luxury hospitality business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate L&D professional to shape and deliver a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and leadership development.
The Role
As Learning & Development Manager, you will:
- Create and implement a Learning & Development strategy that supports business goals.
- Design and deliver training programmes (workshops, e-learning, leadership development).
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate impact.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Partner with managers to drive performance, guest satisfaction, and team development.
About You
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager who has:
- Proven L&D experience (hospitality sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of training design, delivery, and digital learning.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualifications.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach.
Experience with apprenticeships and regulatory training (food safety, H&S, customer service standards) would be an advantage.
