The day-to-day:
- Uncover New Opportunities: Utilize your foundational skills to identify and explore new opportunities within existing customer accounts. Your fresh perspective and enthusiasm will help drive growth and innovation. You'll be supported by a collaborative team that will guide and mentor you along the way.
- Champion Video Expansion: Work with clients to showcase the transformative value of expanding the use of video across their business. Your creativity will help them see the endless possibilities.
- Drive Account Success: Manage account assignments with a focus on retention, adoption, and expansion. Your strategic approach will ensure long-term success.
- Build Strong Relationships: Become a trusted adviser and foster strong relationships at both tactical and executive levels with customers. Your ability to connect will be key.
- Maximize Adoption: Help customers make the most of their Kaltura tools by understanding their needs and business cases. Your fluency with technology will be key in guiding them to effectively use the tools and achieve their goals.
- Engage Frequently: Communicate regularly with customers via business reviews, health calls, and onsite visits. Your proactive approach will keep them engaged and satisfied.
- Advocate for Customers: Represent the customer internally and advocate for their needs.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- Experience: 3-4 years in a customer engagement type of role, or equivalent experience/learning. We recognize that every individual's journey is unique, and we're seeking someone who not only has the industry knowledge, but also a genuine passion for customer engagement. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including customer service, account management, sales, marketing, project management, training, and learning and development.
- Education: BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency.
- Travel: Ability to travel. Get ready to explore new places and meet your customers!
- Account Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, tracks, or initiatives simultaneously. Your knack for staying organized and handling various priorities will be essential in this role.
- Creativity and Curiosity: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, and approach challenges with a curious mindset. Your innovative ideas and eagerness to explore new solutions will drive success in this role. You must be able to think beyond the obvious.
- Sales Skills: Understanding of sales concepts including pipeline management and forecasting. Demonstrated sales skills are helpful though not necessarily required.
- Communication: Elevated communication skills, creativity, and boundless curiosity. Your ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively will set you apart.
- Tech Savvy: Enthusiasm for exploring AI technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios. Similar enthusiasm for other tech platforms and tools.
- Team Player: Self-motivated team player who has fresh ideas and thrives on team success. Your enthusiasm and collaboration will make a difference.

Base salary: $80,000 - $110,000
