Who we are looking for
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program;
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, event planning, or logistics/administration is an advantage;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset;
- Problem-solving abilities and good time management skills;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Your future role
- Manages the needed logistic details for training courses, including administration in learning management system.
- Ensures checking and processing for training invoices.
- Generates and / or monitors feedback forms for implemented courses.
- Creates reports on training participation.
- Ensures support for participants registrations for exams and courses corresponding to the approved certifications / professional qualifications.
- Monitors, manages and creates reports related to certifications / professional qualfications, for each business area, according to approved training plans.
- Monitors collection of documents needed for certifications / professional qualifications in the process of obtaining or maintaining the respective certification / professional qualification.
- Manages process related to payments for certifications / professional qualifications.
- Ensures support for contracting external suppliers.
- Provides support for new hires onboarding process
