Who we are looking for
- 6-7 years of experience in Learning and Development, such as: project management, training programs design, facilitation;
- Coaching accreditation would be a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Microsoft Office proficiency;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
Your future role
As part of our L&D team, you will manage the following topics:
- Implementation of L&D projects across business areas, according to general strategy and specific business needs, in both technical and soft skills areas;
- Coordination of resources from L&D team and other areas in order to achieve successful implementation of the assigned projects;
- Implementation of soft skills programs, including facilitation when needed;
- Management of relationship with stakeholders (internal clients and external suppliers), to identify development needs and propose corresponding strategy;
- Managing the training budgets in order to implement the approved strategy;
- Managing reporting related to assigned projects and budget spending.
