The Opportunity
The
Director of Learning Solutions is a leadership role responsible for the oversight, design, and execution of dynamic learning solutions that build workforce capabilities, accelerate business outcomes, and promote talent growth and mobility across the organization. This role requires a strategic vision for corporate learning, leveraging modern learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, and AI-enabled learning solutions to foster continuous learning in the flow of work. They will work in close collaboration with the Talent Development Programs team to ensure CACI has a future-forward, cohesive approach to developing our talent of today and tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the learning ecosystem at CACI with strategic vision
- Design, develop, and execute learning solutions aligned with business priorities and workforce needs to enable scalable organizational growth.
- Reshape the learning ecosystem by creating a design and governance structure that enables connection across the various learning channels, communities, academies, etc. within the organization and prioritizes the experience of the learner/employee.
- Co-create, curate, and ideate learning and growth solutions that offer business impact and foster employee growth.
- Design and manage learning architecture to enable skill development as part of daily work through various modalities, including microlearning, cohort-based learning, and AI-driven solutions.
- Partner closely with HR Technology to select and implement learning technologies that help create a modern learning experience and leverage technology capabilities
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in learning experience platforms, adaptive learning, and skills-based workforce development (up-skilling/re-skilling)
- Create measures to evaluate learning programs’ success and impact, and continually optimize programs to scale for business growth.
- Build employee capability for future growth by aligning CACI’s corporate strategy to learning solutions in partnership with the business lines and the CTO office
- Understand external market conditions to provide additional insights and rationale for changes or additions to approach.
- Partner effectively across the organization and with external vendors, universities, and other professional development organizations to ensure access to top-tier learning content and delivery.
Location preference is that the selected candidate is local to the DC metro area, as there will be periodic, in-person presence required at Corporate HQ (Reston, VA.)
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to stay current with industry trends and external industry-leading practices to develop strategies that prepare the business for the workforce of the future
- Experience in designing, developing and delivering large-scale enterprise learning programs and initiatives, including broad workforce skill transformations
- Strong influencing skills to create a culture where continuous learning is expected and embraced
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and communicate a vision internally and externally
- Instructional Design experience – with knowledge of adult learning, content curation, and blended learning solutions
- Collaboration and stakeholder management – ability to work effectively across functions, build alignment, and develop strong partnerships
- Project management and strong business acumen
- Ability to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability, and work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate and network both within the HR function and throughout the organization to identify synergies in work and meet business goals
- University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years related work experience
- Demonstrated experience leading a transitional learning organization, preferably in government contracting
- Experience partnering with learning and development vendors
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is
$131,700 - $289,700
