Are you a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development professional ready to lead at group level? We’re partnering with a prestigious, multi-site luxury hospitality group to recruit a Group Learning & Development Manager to drive learning strategy and culture across their international portfolio.
Frequent travel to the UK with quarterly travel to the US required.
This is a high-impact, senior-level role in a well-established organisation known for its commitment to people development, innovation, and exceptional service standards.
The Role
As Group Learning & Development Manager, you will lead the L&D function to develop and implement a forward-thinking learning strategy, manage the L&D team, and ensure learning is embedded in every part of the organisation — from entry-level to executive leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 3 L&D executives
- Creating and executing a group-wide Learning & Development strategy
- Managing and delivering leadership development programmes to Senior Management
- Overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) across all sites
- Supporting local People & Culture teams and hotel General Managers
- Designing modern, engaging learning solutions (e-learning, classroom, blended)
- Leading apprenticeship and early careers initiatives
- Sourcing and managing relationships with external training providers
- Promoting professional development through industry partnerships
We’re seeking an L&D leader with:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels
- A strong background in developing and executing L&D strategy
- Proven experience in a multi-site, ideally international, organisation
- A passion for learning, people development and cultural impact
- Experience managing or implementing a Learning Management System
- A proactive, energetic and solutions-driven approach
- Background in hospitality is desirable
