We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Learning & Development (L&D) Products in Vilnius or Kaunas to shape and lead our learning product portfolio. In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking, product innovation, and team leadership to deliver world-class upskilling, reskilling, and professional development experiences. Our L&D products are designed to empower both organizations and individuals on their digital transformation journey.
In This Role, You’ll:
- Set the strategic vision – Define and lead the direction of our L&D product portfolio, ensuring alignment with our organization’s priorities, learner needs, and emerging market trends.
- Drive product innovation – Take a hands-on role in overseeing and actively contributing to the design, development, and launch of impactful learning products, including bootcamps, workshops, immersive experiences, asynchronous content, and blended learning programs.
- Lead and inspire teams – Manage a high-performing team of Student Success Advisors, domain experts, and lecturers, fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Ensure Quality and Impact – Monitor and continuously improve learning outcomes, ensuring our solutions are both effective and engaging. This includes aligning content and delivery methods with the demands of digitalization, fostering an AI-ready culture, and equipping learners with the most critical future skills needed to succeed in a technology-driven world.
- Stay ahead of the curve – Keep pace with global L&D best practices, technologies, and pedagogical trends, translating insights into innovative solutions.
We Expect from you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record of creating and delivering programs that measurably improve learner skills, career outcomes, and satisfaction.
- Bring strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern instructional methods, along with experience introducing new formats, technologies, or methodologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams (e.g., educators, product managers, content creators) and aligning cross-functional stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Show the ability to define long-term product strategies while also managing timelines, budgets, and ROI analysis for L&D initiatives.
- Have a genuine interest in the future of work, EdTech, AI, and digitalization, with the ability to translate these trends into innovative, future-ready learning solutions.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS, and HRIS is an advantage.
- Exhibit adaptability, resilience, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
