As an L&D Trainer at St Anne's, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our teams through impactful learning experiences.

- Experience developing and delivering training

- Proficiency with LMS platforms to manage learning administration effectively

Main duties of the job
- Person Centred - To support staff and clients in their pathway for learning, knowledge and understanding, ensuring that all training is based around the person and that relevant rights are protected and promoted. To be able to analyse the needs of the learner, and adapt training to provide the most effective delivery, understanding and contextualisation of knowledge.

QUALIFICATION
Level 3 qualification or demonstrable experience in a relevant subject, e.g., Health & Social Care, Education and Training.
Level 2, or equivalent, in English and Maths (e.g., GCSC Grade A-C)
QUALIFICATION
Train the Trainer certificate in any sub-subject (such as First Aid, Moving and Assisting, etc.)
Hold or be willing to work towards, a qualification in Learning and Development.
Experience
Delivering training to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners.
Solutions-focused, able to work in a proactive way to overcome barriers and challenges.
Working in a customer-facing role.
Able to work to deadlines and handle multiple task, understanding strategic prioritisation.
Experience
Previous employment in a care organisation, delivering direct care or otherwise.
Assisting in designing and delivering practical training.
Assisting in designing and delivering learning packages.
Facilitating legislative training and other mandatory subjects.
Experience in carrying out basic administration processes, including monitoring systems and processes.
KNOWLEDGE
Current working knowledge of learning styles and methods
Understanding of legislation that impacts care.
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including. Outlook, Word, Excel.
KNOWLEDGE
Familiar with Learning Management Systems.
Familiar with the use of authoring tools for learning.
An understanding of best practices in delivering training.
