- Set the vision: Own and deliver Legend’s L&D strategy, making sure it evolves with our business. Using data and insights to measure impact, refine programs, and ensure our investments in learning deliver tangible business outcomes

What Makes You a Potential Legend

In terms of technical skills for the Senior L&D Manager role, you ideally bring:
- A strong track record in shaping and delivering L&D strategies at scale.
- Confidence working with senior leaders, influencing decisions, and building alignment.
- Expertise in modern learning methods—digital, social, experiential, and AI-powered.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to link learning impact to business outcomes.
- Skill in creating cultural change through learning.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to inspire at every level.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
