Role Description
This is a remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Equity Based at L&D Nexus. The CTO will be responsible for leading the technology strategy and vision of the company. Daily tasks will include overseeing software development, managing IT projects, developing IT strategy, creating and maintaining system architecture, and guiding product development. The CTO will also play a crucial role in aligning technological initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Software Development and Product Development
- Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
- Skills in designing and maintaining IT Architecture
- Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the Learning & Development industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
