Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science-first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder Nicola Kilner.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Execute With Impact Bring our Global L&D strategy to life by delivering hands-on initiatives that align with business goals and build a culture of continuous learning.
- Design Learning People Love Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences across formats like e-learning, live workshops, blended and social learning — using tools like Articulate, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Project Manage Like a Pro Own projects end-to-end with an agile, detail-driven approach. From planning to execution, you’ll track timelines, mitigate risks, and spot improvement opportunities with ease.
- Act as a Learning Partner Collaborate with HR, leaders, and key business stakeholders to uncover learning needs and shape solutions that unlock growth at every level.
- Facilitate with Flair Lead and support virtual and in-person sessions that energize, develop, and leave lasting impact — using strong adult learning principles every step of the way.
- Support the Day-to-Day Manage program logistics, coordinate scheduling, track completions, and help roll out communications like newsletters and campaigns in partnership with the Senior Manager team.
- Analyze What Matters Track the performance of learning programs and campaigns, generate insights, and use data to refine and elevate what we deliver.
- Build Learning Love Across the Org Cultivate relationships to drive engagement, boost program visibility, and advocate for learning with creativity and heart.
- Innovate with AI & Tech Leverage the latest tools — including AI — to elevate learning experiences and support agile, tech-savvy solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead by Example Embody our 7 leadership competencies (Low Ego, High EQ, Agility, Action Orientation, etc.) and champion DECIEM’s culture through every interaction.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to LMS/LXP systems, analytics tools, or digital learning platforms.
- Proven ability to design learning content using tools like Articulate, Canva, Google Suite, and Microsoft.
- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for timelines, risk, and execution.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent storytelling and facilitation skills.
- Comfort working across time zones in a fast-paced, global environment.
