Skills Coach/Assessor to support learners in achieving their
Apprenticeship qualifications in
Professional Services, including
HR,
Learning & Development,
Leadership & Management, and
Project Management.
This is an
Expression of Interest for future opportunities and is ideal for professionals who are passionate about coaching, mentoring, and delivering impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality coaching and mentoring to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Conduct initial skills assessments and identify development needs through detailed gap analysis.
- Facilitate regular progress reviews, set SMART targets, and support timely qualification achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to enhance learner outcomes.
- Provide academic and pastoral support, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Maintain accurate learner records using BUD, ensuring compliance with quality and funding standards.
- Promote and embed Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding, British Values, Prevent, and Health & Safety.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Proven professional experience in HR, Learning & Development, Leadership & Management, or Project Management
- A recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., CAVA, AET).
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessment criteria.
- Experience managing learner caseloads and delivering against performance targets.
- Excellent communication, time management, and digital delivery skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their goals.
