We’re looking for a
motivational and detail-oriented CIPD Marker to join our team. If you’re passionate about Human Resources, have a strong understanding of CIPD qualifications, and want to make a real impact on learners’ journeys, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately moderate learner assignments across HR, L&D, and Coaching programmes.
- Apply Babington’s marking descriptors to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to learners and collaborate with Coaches to support learner progress.
- Use digital tools to manage and deliver engaging remote learning experiences.
- Maintain timely moderation in line with programme schedules.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5).
- Ideally hold a teaching or assessing qualification (or be willing to obtain one).
- Strong understanding of CIPD standards and assessment criteria.
- Occupationally competent in HR or business-related roles.
- Experience managing assessments and learner caseloads.
- Excellent communication, time management, and digital delivery skills.
