The Role Of Learning & Development Manager
We are currently seeking a creative talent - Full-time talented Learning & Development Manager for Cairo at Nile Plaza that are well-mannered, visionary, and passionate and having a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team.
You would be typically expected to Delivers workplace learning, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success; add value in meeting the hotel’s needs by identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies that support the hotel’s strategic direction; promotes a continuous learning culture; partners with stakeholders to ensure managers’ leadership skills are developed by means of their competencies and employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence.
Our Ideal Learning & Development Manager
A special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of Learning standards. A university degree or equivalent experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a managerial capacity, with a background in either hotel operations—or other high-level service environments—or in adult education or a similar learning-focused setting. Experience managing teams in diverse cultural environments is also essential.
