Job Purpose:
The Senior L&D Specialist ensures employees have access to meaningful development opportunities—ranging from technical training and compliance to leadership and career growth.
Accountabilities:
Learning Strategy & Planning:
- Support and conduct training needs analysis in coordination with People Partners to identify skill gaps across field and office roles.
Training Design & Delivery:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs using various formats (instructor-led, virtual, on-site, and e-learning).
- Facilitate onboarding and upskilling sessions for both site and office personnel.
Learning Management System (LMS):
- Administer and maintain the SAP Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate training records, reporting, and user support.
- Upload and track training content, schedule sessions, and manage user profiles and certifications.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with external training providers, including sourcing, contract coordination, quality assurance, and supplier evaluation.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling training with vendors and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Reporting & Evaluation:
- Generate detailed reports on training participation, completion rates, compliance status, and learning effectiveness using the LMS and HR analytics tools.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making and programs refinement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with People Partners to ensure training programs meet operational and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or human resources.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, with relevant experience.
- Experience in training delivery, instructional design, and needs analysis.
- Proven experience managing an LMS platform, especially SAP-based LMS systems.
- Strong vendor/supplier management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital learning tools.
