Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Learning and Development Assistant - Digital Learning based at
Ayrshire Central Hospital.
What You Will Do
NHS Ayrshire and Arran is looking for a highly motivated and experience digital e-learning assistant with a strong background in the design, delivery and implementation of e-learning programmes. The role requires someone who is innovative and highly motivated with an excellent knowledge of the LearnPro learning management and course booking systems in addition to the Turas learn management system. The successful candidate will be flexible, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude, committed to adding value.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
The post holder will have a good understanding of adult learning theories and principles supporting service users in the creation and development of a range of e-learning modules giving advice, guidance, support and training to users of the learning management and course booking systems to ensure the organisation meets its mandatory and statutory training requirements.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Learning and Development Advisor Digital Lead and work in collaboration with other stakeholders in the development of eLearning and the use of Learning Management Systems .
Hours
37 per week.
Whilst this post is based at the training centre at Ayrshire Central Hospital - Irvine, the post holder may be required to work across all sites with scope for some hybrid/home working. The normal shift pattern for this post is 09:00 17:00 hrs Monday to Thursday 09:00 and 16:30hrs Friday.
