As Learning & Development Manager (White Collar), you are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training policies that align with the company's HR objectives. Your work ensures that learning and development initiatives support both individual growth and organizational success.
Acting as a key partner to HR Business Partners and the SAESB Academy, you lead the organization's development vision-from training plans to individual growth journeys.

Your role:
- Define and implement the White Collar Training Plan aligned with the company roadmap, HR strategy, and SAESB Academy vision.
- Translate business priorities into a coherent Training roadmap supporting long-term organizational capability.
- Support the evolution of SAESB into a learning organization through impactful tools, practices, and mindset change.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of training policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, ensuring their ongoing relevance and effectiveness in response to evolving business needs.
- Act as key support to HR Business Partners in formulating and monitoring Development Plans, while coordinating Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and acting as a strategic advisor and point of contact for business units.
- Facilitate Development Discussions with employees seeking career or development guidance, individuals identified by their managers, and all CDD members following People Reviews.
- Identify development needs based on key indicators such as employees seeking new challenges, potential retention risks, and opportunities for promotion or internal mobility.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, team leaders, managers, and external stakeholders to co-develop and implement effective development initiatives, while providing expert guidance on learning pathways that drive business transformation and support talent retention.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
- You have at least 7+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or HR;
- You are fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of English & French;
- You have experience in developing and implementing company-wide learning strategies;
- You have proven experience in development planning, coaching, and stakeholder facilitation;
- You are familiar with modern learning technologies and bring a hands-on approach to agile learning and development;
- You are operationally minded and solution-oriented;
- You remain calm under pressure, are assertive, and thrive in deadline-driven environments.
