The Learning Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth and effective delivery of learning provision, ensuring an exceptional student experience from enrolment through to completion.
A key part of this role is managing and maintaining the Learning Management system (LMS) and CRM to ensure courses and qualifications are built, configured, and presented accurately.
You will play a central role in operationalising learning journeys, overseeing systems and processes, and leading the student support function.
This is a hands-on, systems-focused role that ensures learning infrastructure supports a seamless, engaging, and compliant student experience.
The role involves managing the Student Support Officer and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The post holder also has financial responsibilities including supplier payments and supporting budget tracking and reporting.
