Our Customer Support team is on the front lines, guiding users through these digital tools every day. That’s why we’ve built strong technical onboarding and training programs from day one.
Our team needs continuous development and clear growth paths. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Learning & Development Lead to take ownership of our training initiatives – not only refining onboarding, but building a long-term learning strategy that empowers every team member to grow their skills, confidence, and careers.
Your Day-to-Day
- Build and lead the Learning & Development function for CyberCare - shaping the strategy, team, and processes from scratch
- Lead a team of 3-6 people, who are responsible for delivering technical onboarding and role-specific training
- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps, design learning paths, and support emerging managers
- Implement and manage an LMS to streamline training, onboarding, and progress tracking
- Improve onboarding and continuous learning programs to boost performance and career growth
- Use data, feedback, and budgets wisely to measure impact and nurture a learning-driven culture
What We Expect From You
- Proven experience in leading Learning & Development on a strategic, company-wide level
- Ability to build and scale L&D frameworks that support business goals and employee growth
- Strong people leadership skills - you’ve built, coached, and developed teams
- Solid knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies (LMS, blended learning, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or technical environment is a strong plus
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
