Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist (Oracle HCM)
Location: Victoria, BC
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 7 Months (possible extension)

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Change Management.
- Experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud system implementations
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM system and processes
- Experience applying OCM principles in the development and delivery of training and communications.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methods, and modern delivery techniques (e.g., blended learning, microlearning, virtual facilitation).
- Experience in content development and learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, LMS platforms, MS Office).
- Certified PROSCI Change Practitioner (or equivalent OCM certification) is an asset.
