How You Make a Difference
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you are responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality training experiences. You collaborate closely with global and regional L&D teams, manage local learning initiatives, and ensure smooth execution through effective administration. Together with a part-time trainee and key HR stakeholders, you help build a strong learning culture where people thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis, co-create and drive impactful training programs based on local and global needs
- Select and manage external training providers and monitor delivery quality
- Promote learning tools and materials, including the internal Development Guide
- Advise employees on learning opportunities and career development
- Maintain and update all training administration in Cornerstone, supported by the trainee
- Prepare L&D dashboards, training budget reports, and Excel overviews
- Handle invoices, contracts and vendor agreements (e.g. DPA, Infor)
- Track mandatory training completion and support global KPI reporting
- Support talent development processes such as onboarding, succession, and talent reviews
- Collaborate on engagement & culture projects such as DEI initiatives and the launch of a new internal communication platform

You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and are passionate about helping others grow.
We also request:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education or similar
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR
- Experience with L&D systems (preferably Cornerstone), Excel and reporting
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
- Structured, service-minded, and solution-focused approach
