Job Summary:
As Learning & Talent Management Leader, you will join our Global Human Resources team!
In this role, you will drive the design, execution, and continuous evolution of strategic learning and development initiatives that empower our employees worldwide to grow, perform, and thrive in alignment with the company’s business goals. This role plays a critical part in building leadership capabilities, strengthening technical and behavioral competencies, and ensuring a high-performance, learning-oriented culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate proactively to design and implement the company’s learning strategy in alignment with business priorities and talent needs.
- Identify skills gaps and anticipate future capability requirements to develop relevant learning pathways.
- Support cultural transformation and change management initiatives through learning and engagement interventions.
- Propose integrated learning initiatives combining digital, blended, and experiential learning solutions.
- Support the smooth roll out of our key talent management processes (e.g., succession planning, talent reviews, development planning).
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent.
- Drive some of the key leadership development initiatives, including coaching programs, high-potential talent pathways, and leadership dialogues
- Oversee the development and rollout of technical, functional, and soft skills training programs
- Manage relationships with external learning vendors, platforms, and partners to ensure quality and innovation
- Measure learning impact through robust KPIs and feedback loops; ensure continuous improvement of programs
- Talent Attraction (Operational Support)
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team in defining development-focused employer branding content (e.g., testimonials, career path visuals, job descriptions)
- Participate in key recruiting events or initiatives
- Harmonize and enhance onboarding and continuous learning journeys across regions, leveraging best practices and fostering consistent employee experience
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to implement and improve learning platforms and systems, ensuring seamless integration with broader HR processes and enhancing user experience
- Prepare and present executive summaries, progress reports, and insights for the stakeholders
- Work closely with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to co-create solutions that drive business impact
Qualifications and Skills:
Your profile is a natural match if you have:
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning and talent initiatives
- Experience in managing leadership development programs and working with senior leadership
- Exposure to digital learning tools (LMS, LXP, microlearning, etc.) and data-driven decision-making in L&D
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
Skills
- Project management and execution skills
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing capabilities
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable solutions
- Fluent in English and Spanish
What drives your application forward:
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM, MBTI, Hogan) are a plus
- The knowledge of additional language skills are an advantage
