About the Role:
Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. L&D Specialist responsibilities include but not limited to, identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
- Designing e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements
- Maintaining updated curriculum database and training records
- Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment
- Researching and recommending new training methods, like gamification
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions
- Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in learning and development by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
Qualifications:
- Education: Business Administration/Human Resource Management
- Master Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
