About the Role:

Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. L&D Specialist responsibilities include but not limited to, identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers
Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
Designing e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements
Maintaining updated curriculum database and training records
Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment
Researching and recommending new training methods, like gamification
Collaborating with various stakeholders including managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions
Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
Keeping up-to-date with developments in learning and development by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses

Qualifications:

Education: Business Administration/Human Resource Management
Master Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
