My client is a national organisation. They are seeking an experienced L&D Manager to join the Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-impact training experiences across multiple audiences and who can shape the future of learning across customer facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day, you'll be overseeing the delivery of training programmes and bespoke learning interventions for teams across the UK.
- You will lead and inspire an experienced team of trainers, ensuring consistency and high standards across all delivery.
- Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you will ensure the learning delivery approach aligns with customer and commercial goals.
- With a passion for the role of automation in learning culture, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our approach to learning evolves
- As a subject matter expert in learning delivery, you'll be advising stakeholders and supporting key transformational programmes.
- With an analytical mindset, you'll use data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of training, show return on investment, and identify improvements.
Role profile:
You’ll be a learning professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing training at scale. You’ll bring fresh thinking, a collaborative approach, and a strong focus on outcomes and quality. To be considered for this role you will need proven team leadership experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, across multiple sites.
