Position Summary
We are currently looking for a
Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to act as a strategic partner to the business by designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and development initiatives that drive individual and team performance, enable business transformation, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The L&D Specialist will report to the HR Manager and will leverage data, learning technologies, and internal consulting skills to co-create solutions with business stakeholders, ensuring they are aligned with strategic priorities and have measurable impact.
A day in the life of...
L&D Solutions:
- Partner with business, categories and functions to understand current and future priorities and challenges to be addressed through advanced capability building strategies.
- Define highly engaging modern L&D solutions to build a deep knowledge of key competencies.
- Embed external L&D benchmarks and trends into our practices.
Training Coordination:
- Build and implement the training plan.
- Provide support to trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external contributors to ensure the best learning experience for attendees.
- Evaluate training efficiency and adjust accordingly.
- Manage budget details by tracking expenses to date, reporting and processing invoices/purchase orders.
Onboarding Strategy Implementation:
- Ensure full implementation of the onboarding program.
- Ensure Functional Onboarding is implemented in the Center and support Line Managers to ensure the deployment.
Leadership and Team Effectiveness:
- Contribute to the design of leadership and team effectiveness tools and methodologies.
- Acts as a business partner/catalyst to develop the leaders of the future, ensuring the availability of world-class coaching, mentoring, learning and assessment tools and interventions.
Career Development:
- Support Employees in defining their career development objectives and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
- Provide resources and guidance for career development, including mentoring, coaching, and access to learning opportunities.
Talent Performance Management:
- Oversee the talent and performance management processes, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with business needs.
- Utilize tools and resources to support ongoing performance conversations and development reviews.
What Will Make You Successful
- Master's Degree in Management, HR, Psychology, or other.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and verbal).
- Experience in delivering training sessions.
- Strong operational experience within a Learning & Development (L&D) unit.
- Experience in managing change or transformation programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork in multicultural environment.
- Great organization and follow-up skills.
- Details oriented.
- Able to deliver results under tight timelines.
- Adaptable and open-minded.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
