Pay Rate: $40 - $80 per hour

Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Organizational Review Consultant for one of our public sector clients to conduct an in-depth analysis of its organizational structure and effectiveness. The successful candidate will assess the recent Organizational Review conducted in 2022 and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing service delivery and optimizing resource allocation.
Project Scope:
The primary responsibilities of the consultant will include:
- Conducting a comprehensive review of the current organizational structure, focusing on the interim Co-Executive Director model.
- Analyzing roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines within the organization.
- Identifying gaps, redundancies, and duplications of duties.
- Comparing the current structure with best practices in similar organizations.
- Facilitating focus groups with selected staff and the Board of Directors.
- Providing recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency, leadership effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Indigenous culture or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with non-profit operations, particularly within Indigenous organizations.
- Proven experience in organizational review, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
