As a Learning and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our global workforce. This is a dynamic and influential position where you will lead initiatives to develop, implement, and measure learning and development programs across the organization. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous learning, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in the ever-evolving industry.
Reporting to: Head of People & Culture
Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Learning Programs:
- Create and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of various teams and departments within the organization
- Review and upgrade learning programs so they increasingly deliver up-to-date knowledge and capabilities
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training
Training Scheduling and Infrastructure:
- Work with local teams to schedule training sessions that align with business priorities and time zones
- Ensure that learning activities are supported by the necessary infrastructure, including technology, facilities, and materials, to make the learning effective
Training Delivery:
- Quality training delivery
- Acting as a coach for other trainers to improve
Global Training Strategy:
- Develop and execute a global training strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans
- Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure consistency in training content while accommodating local needs and regulations
- Manage global programs, such as External Training Program, Induction training, etc
- Improve the quality of training delivery by developing a community of trainers and enhancing their skills
Forex Industry Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in the Forex industry to ensure that training programs are relevant and address the latest market developments
- Work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate industry best practices into learning materials
Evaluate and Measure Effectiveness:
- Implement systems to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning initiatives
- Utilize key performance indicators to measure the impact of capability-building efforts on employee performance and business outcomes
Technology Integration:
- Explore and integrate innovative technologies and platforms to enhance the delivery of training programs, making them engaging, interactive, and easily accessible to a global audience
- Act as a Super Administrator and Subject Matter Expert on LMS, owning the design of learning path and experience
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree and higher
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related function
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
- Strong ability to assess learning needs and create targeted development initiatives
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on training effectiveness
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt learning solutions to a fast-paced, high-performing organization
- Certifications in L&D, coaching, or instructional design (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or similar) are a plus
