About The Role
As an
HR Generation professional at Fynde Global Recruitment, you will operate within a vibrant international environment, partnering with an innovative packaging company specializing in personal care and beauty products. You will be the go-to person for HR-related inquiries, spearheading administrative responsibilities, optimizing HR processes, and generating impactful reports for strategic HR decision-making. This is a hands-on, independent position that offers ample room for personal and professional development in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters across all departments.
- Address and resolve employee queries efficiently, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- HR Administration & Documentation
- Manage and maintain personnel files, HR databases, and correspondence.
- Draft employment contracts, contract addendums, and other HR documentation.
- Oversee administrative tasks regarding HR insurances, pensions, and related procedures.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Organize and facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new hires.
- Coordinate offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Payroll & Updates
- Process HR data updates in a timely manner and verify payroll inputs for accuracy.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Recruitment Support
- Create and post job advertisements across various channels.
- Assist in screening applicants and scheduling interviews, as needed.
- Absence Management & Compliance
- Track and follow up on employee absences, providing advice in line with company policy and Dutch legislation.
- Maintain regular contact with the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) and implement the Dutch Gatekeeper Act (Wet Poortwachter).
- Reporting & Analysis
- Generate periodic HR reports to guide strategic HR planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR policies and processes.
- Global HR Projects
- Support the HR Manager in rolling out and coordinating global HR initiatives.
- Contribute to shaping and refining global HR strategies within the organisation.
Candidate Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Completed HR-related studies (MBO/HBO level or equivalent).
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in an international environment.
- Independent & Proactive:
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work autonomously.
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English.
- Comfortable engaging with internal teams and external partners at all levels.
- Knowledge & Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Dutch labor legislation and absence management policies.
- Proficient in HR reporting and experience using HR systems.
- Solid organisational skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
