We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will collaborate closely with Marketing Directors to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees at all levels.
- Utilize HRIS systems to track employee progress and training effectiveness.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS space
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools (experience with AI a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant experience
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt training methods based on audience needs and learning styles.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $26.46-$30.16 per hour
