MODERNIZING AND STREAMLINING A PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Our client, a well-respected expert in their professional field, needed to modernize their learning infrastructure in order to better support their association members and increasing customer base at the B2B level. We undertook the challenge of understanding their needs, examining their future plans, and recognizing their current education technology state and helped them plan for a solid future in a more digitized professional development infrastructure.
We were able to help them select a learning management system, integrate their current learning system and their customer infrastructure as well as helping them to navigate the changes necessary in their human resources to create or modify current roles, processes and work.
The result was a new ecosystem designed and delivered within 6 months with new roles being trained and processes refined in the next 6 months.

 

CREATING AN INTERPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR PATIENT CARE AND EDUCATION

Our client, a non-profit outpatient treatment and education centre, was an award-winning education space in the treatment of many types of arthritis. They wanted to expand their methodology to other outpatient treatment centres and engaged us to help create an interprofessional education program in order to teach other organizations and hospitals the professional treatment plan that educated and taught patients living with many different types of arthritis.
We helped to develop a professional training program that was taught across Canada, was featured in a peer-reviewed journal and helped to form some of the framework for the interprofessional programs taught at a major Canadian university medical school. The blended program was one of the first of its kind in this field and has continued to be successful today.
