Leverage learning analytics and operational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen employee readiness, and demonstrate impact on productivity, quality, and member experience.
Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Organizational Performance: Serve as a strategic learning partner to Membership Services leadership and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Knowledge Management, HR, Product, and Technology teams. Identify capability gaps, prioritize learning initiatives, and lead training readiness efforts that support evolving business needs, organizational change, and global growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated experience developing and executing learning strategies, onboarding programs, and ongoing employee development initiatives that improve proficiency and support measurable business outcomes.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing learning professionals, with the ability to establish clear priorities, drive accountability, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Experience managing or overseeing Learning Management Systems (LMS), including platform administration, governance, reporting, and optimization. Experience with enterprise learning technologies or LMS implementations is a plus.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation frameworks, with experience translating complex information into engaging, effective learning experiences.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage learning data, employee performance metrics, and operational insights to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
