About the Role

The main responsibility includes moving, organizing, updating, and formatting course materials so that the new Moodle site is accurate, consistent, and easy to use.

This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in Moodle, and able to follow clear formatting and content guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Migrate course content from one Moodle site to another.

· Add, move, and organize content within Moodle.

· Upload and update course materials, including documents, videos, links, quizzes, and learning resources.

· Maintain a consistent format across Moodle courses.

· Check migrated content for accuracy, missing files, broken links, and formatting issues.

· Make updates and corrections based on instructions from the academic or curriculum team.

· Support Moodle course setup and content maintenance during the migration project.

Qualifications

Experience using Moodle or another Learning Management System.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with digital course content.
Able to follow formatting and content guidelines.
Good organization and time-management skills.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

Previous experience with Moodle content migration.
Experience updating or organizing online courses.
Experience working with education or training content.

Position Details

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
