The Opportunity

We are building a world-class Business Development Team to support our diverse client portfolio. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and scheduling new customer demos or meetings, enabling our clients' sales teams to close deals effectively.

4. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, with a base pay range of 40,000 to 60,000 CAD and an additional 10,000 to 20,000 CAD in commissions, plus great benefits!

What You Bring To The Table

Post-secondary education
Passion for innovation/technology and possess a high level of integrity
Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach

Competitive base salary and performance-based commissions, with starting on-target earnings (OTE) of $50,000 CAD ($40,000 base salary + $10,000 commission), increasing to up to $80,000 CAD OTE ($60,000 base salary + $20,000 commission) following the initial ramp-up and/or successful completion of probation.
