Role Summary

This Role is responsible for executing and delivering Learning & Development programs that enhance employee capabilities, technical expertise, product knowledge, and service excellence.

The role manages the implementation of learning journeys, academies, and development initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, delivery, and evaluation. The position also supports employee experience, culture, and Organizational Development initiatives while continuously applying best practices to enhance earning effectiveness and foster continuous development.

Main Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

Employee Development Programs
Develop and implement the annual Development Plan based on organizational priorities and capability requirements.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development opportunities and learning priorities across functions.
Design, coordinate, and evaluate learning programs that support technical, behavioral, leadership, and professional development.
Develop structured learning pathways and development journeys tailored to different employee groups and career stages.
Create learning materials, toolkits, resources, and development frameworks that support continuous learning and capability building.
Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content, learning assignments, records, reporting, and user engagement are maintained effectively.
Monitor learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, learning analytics, and development metrics, recommending areas for enhancement.
Continuously research, evaluate, and implement innovative learning methodologies, tools, and technologies to improve learning outcomes and employee development.
Explore modern learning approaches including microlearning, blended learning, social learning, gamification, coaching, mentoring, experiential learning, and digital learning solutions.
Technical Capability Development
Develop and continuously enhance technical training programs that strengthen functional and operational capabilities.
Design and maintain technical induction programs to ensure employees acquire the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
Develop training content, learning materials, assessment tools, and certification requirements related to technical development.
Coordinate technical training activities and ensure content remains aligned with evolving business requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of technical training and induction programs and implement improvement initiatives based on feedback and business needs.
Explore emerging technical learning methodologies and best practices to enhance knowledge transfer and learning effectiveness.
Academy Implementation
Coordinate and administer Internal Academy activities, learning pathways, and development programs to ensure effective delivery and participation.
Support the implementation of academy initiatives that promote employee development and capability building.
Maintain academy learning content, training materials, certification requirements, and participant records.
Coordinate learning schedules, communications, nominations, and logistics related to academy programs.
Administer certification programs, assessments, and learning journeys for different functions and employee groups.
Monitor academy participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes, preparing reports and recommending improvement opportunities.
Maintain academy records and ensure learning activities are accurately reflected within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support the continuous enhancement of academy offerings based on employee feedback, business requirements, and learning effectiveness data.
Culture Development & Employee Experience

Develop and implement culture initiatives that reinforce organizational values, desired behaviors, and a continuous learning mindset.

Design and support employee experience initiatives that enhance key employee lifecycle moments, including onboarding, development, growth, and recognition.

Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for improving employee experience and workplace culture.

Support initiatives that promote collaboration, innovation, accountability, customer centricity, and continuous improvement.

Organization Development Support
Develop, review, and maintain job profiles to ensure role clarity, capability alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
Support the development and enhancement of competency frameworks to strengthen employee development and career growth initiatives.
Contribute to organizational development projects aimed at improving workforce capability and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Development, ATD, or equivalent are preferred.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Employee Experience, or related HR functions.
Experience in developing and implementing learning programs, development initiatives, academies, and capability-building projects.
Exposure to Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Individual Development Plans (IDPs), competency development, and learning effectiveness measurement.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning methodologies, and emerging development trends and technologies.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with digital learning platforms and LMS solutions is an advantage.
