Position: Training Coordinator

We work across modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, Mobile, Workbooks, videos and blended solutions) and across industries from telecommunications to banking to insurance to fast-food.

Job Responsibilities:

Create training schedules based on multiple inputs.
Coordinate and manage the logistics of virtual training programs; coordinate training sessions, manage and maintain instructor and learner schedules, maintain data sheets, equipment/classroom set-up.
Coordinate the delivery and/or set-up training labs and equipment as needed.
Actively check in on virtual sites and instructors to track training progress.
Support instructors and solve problems, reacting quickly and productively, serving as the main point of contact and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.
Ensure instructors are on track.
Track effectiveness of training programs.
Document feedback to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
Provide training debriefs to operations learning teams.
Manage/book travel as needed.

The ideal candidate:

Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple consecutive tasks and can plan ahead.
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
Experience in MS Office, MS Teams and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently, remotely, and in a virtual environment.
Experience in scheduling and managing training schedules.
Quick learner; able to understand workflow and daily goals.
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
Ability to work on a team.
Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
